How to Integrate EasyParcel Delivery to Boutir?
This article provides a step-by-step guide on how to integrate EasyParcel Delivery to Boutir.
STEP 1: Visit the EasyPacel website (https://account.easyparcel.com/login)to log in with your EasyParcel account.

STEP 2: After login to EasyParcel account, click "Integrations" > "Add New Store" > Boutir

STEP 3: Enter store name and store URL, then click "Submit"

STEP 4: When you see your store name and link appear in "Your Stores", it means the connection has been completed. Please copy the "ID".

STEP 5: Go to Boutir App > “Store Setting” > “Delivery” > “Domestic Delivery” > turn on the button.

STEP 6: Click "Connect easyParcel Now"

STEP 7: Enter the ID you copy just now and others details. Also you can choose to display only your nearby or convenient courier service for your customers to select than click "Save"

Congratulation! Now you had done integrate your EasyParcel account to Boutir.

Logistics methods are divided into "delivery", "delivery/smart cabinet" and "pickup in physical store".
These are further divided into automated logistics services or self-processing.
Deliver goods
You can choose automated logistics services or customized delivery methods.
Automatic logistics service delivery method
step:
- Log in to the Boutir App and tap "Delivery" in "More".
- Select "Shipping Method".
- Domestic delivery
- "SF Delivery"
- "SF Cold Chain"
- "ZTO Delivery"
- "HK Post Door Express"
- Lalamove
- Domestic pickup/ Lockers
- "EF locker /Service Point"
- "HK Post Pickup"
- "ZTO pickup"
- In-store Pick up

- Domestic delivery
- Activate the selected shipping method.
- Select Shipping Checkout Method
- "Freight charges are paid at checkout" and/or
- "Freight collect"
- Select the calculation method in Shipping billing method.some text
- "Fixed shipping fee" or
- "Charge by weight"
- Enter the amount in the Shipping fee field.
- Optional: Enter a description in the Description field.
- Tap "Save".
- Turn on "Logistics Automation".
- Tap "Save".

Custom shipping method
step:
- Log in to the Boutir App and tap "Delivery" in "More".
- Tap "Add Option".
- Fill in the name of the custom shipping method.
- Select Shipping Checkout Methodsome text
- "Freight charges are paid at checkout" and/or
- "Freight collect"
- "Accept payment on delivery (product payment plus shipping fee)"
- Select the calculation method in Shipping billing method.some text
- "Fixed shipping fee" or
- "Charge by weight"
- Enter the amount in the Shipping fee field.
- Optional: Enter a description in the Description field.
- Tap "Save".
- Select to turn on "Delivery date and time".some text
- Delivery time
- Delivery datesome text
- Booking day (Sunday/Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday/Friday/Saturday)
- Designated day (select a designated day for delivery within the next 7/14/21 days)
- Customized (please provide delivery arrangements via text)
- Tap "Save".
- If necessary, fill in "Remarks".
- Tap "Save".

SF Cold Transport
In order to meet the needs of merchants for automated processing of frozen, chilled and constant-temperature goods, Boutir provides logistics automation services for door-to-door pickup of SF cold freight.
The temperature zones provided by cold transport services include:
After turning on SF Express Cold Shipping, you need to set the temperature zone in each product. For specific operations, please refer to "Product Options—Storage Temperature".
First time setup
step:
- Contact Boutir Customer Service Apply.
- Provide the following information to Boutir Customer Service。
Start SF cold shipping
step:
- Boutir Customer Service confirm the service activation, log in to the Boutir App, and tap "Delivery" in "More".
- Tap "SF Cold Shipping".
- Tap "Skip".
- Turn on "Freight Checkout".
- Set shipping costs.
- Optional: fill in custom content
- Choose whether to turn on "Logistics Automation".
- Tap "Save".
After turning on the cold shipping settings, you need to select the option to save temperatures in the product settings and specify the required temperature for each product. For specific operations, please refer to "Product Details—Storage Temperature".
Things to note:
- Products in different temperature zones cannot be checked out in the same order, and customers need to place separate orders. If the customer selects products in different temperature zones, the system will display an error message and the checkout will not be possible.
- It is recommended that merchants indicate the temperature zones of the products in product introductions and remind customers that they need to place separate orders.
- Products set as frozen chain need to be delivered using "SF Express Cold Chain" as the delivery method.

Delivery/smart cabinet
You can choose automated logistics services or customized delivery methods.
Automatic logistics service delivery method
step:
- Log in to the Boutir App and tap "Delivery" in "More".
- Select "Local Delivery/Smart Cabinet Pickup".some text
- "SF Smart Cabinet/Service Point"
- "Hong Kong Post Self-Collect Service"
- "Zhongtong self-pickup"
- Activate the selected shipping method.
- Select Shipping Checkout Methodsome text
- "Freight charges are paid at checkout" and/or
- "Freight collect"
- Select the calculation method in Shipping billing method.some text
- "Fixed shipping" or "charge based on weight"
- Enter the amount in the Shipping fee field.
- Optional: Enter a description in the Description field.
- tap "Save".
- Turn on "Logistics Automation".
- Tap "Save".

- Enter the amount in the Shipping fee field.
- Optional: Enter a description in the Description field.
- Tap "Save".
- Optional: Enter the URL in the "Add a URL for customers to obtain pickup point information (if applicable)" field.
- Tap "Save".
Things to note:
- Shipping costs, descriptions, and new URLs will appear on the checkout page and in the shipping method list.
Pick up in store
step:
- Log in to the Boutir App and tap "Delivery" in "More".
- Select "pick up in store".
- Turn on "Enable in-store pickup".
- Edit "In-Store Pickup Instructions".
- You can tap "Manage" in "Store Address" to check whether each store accepts in-store pickup.
- Tap "Edit"some text

- Enable or disable in-store pickup for this store
- Add or edit notes
- Tap "Save".
International shipping
Please note: You need to arrange your own logistics company for international delivery.

- Log in to the Boutir App and tap "Delivery" in "More".
- Select "International Shipping".
- Tap "Add Option".
- Fill in the name of the custom shipping method.
- Turn on "Freight Checkout".
- Select the calculation method in Shipping billing method.some text

- "Charge by weight"
- Enter the amount in the Shipping fee field.
- Optional: Enter a description in the Description field.
- Tap "Save".
Mix multiple shipping methods
Customers cannot choose to ship some items and pick them up at the same time in the same order. To do this, customers must submit two orders.

After the customer places an order, you can also use "Rearrange Shipping" to process it.
Things to note:
- "Rearrange shipping" is only available for advanced plans and one-stop live streaming plans.
