Fully Upgraded Coupon Wallet Feature

New “Coupon” feature replaces the old “Promo Code” feature. It retains all existing functionalities while offering more flexible settings, allowing merchants to create more diverse promotional offers.

Key upgrades include:

1. More coupon types
   
   • Free shipping coupons
   • Free gift coupons
2. More flexible purchase requirements
   
   • Minimum purchase quantity
   • Exclude specific products
3. More detailed applicability conditions
   
   • Specific payment channels
   • Specific delivery methods
4. More flexible usage limits
   
   • Total coupon usage limit
   • Usage limit per member
   • Can be used together with selected discount campaigns

Merchants can also directly distribute coupons to members’ accounts to encourage purchases.

The performance insights of coupons are also more detailed, clearly showing which customers have claimed coupons but have not made a purchase.

In addition to the upgraded settings, the customer shopping experience has also been significantly improved, including

1. A new coupon campaign page that displays promotion details and applicable products.

2. A new Coupon Wallet had been added, allowing members to view their claimed coupon after logging in.

3. Customer can directly select and apply the coupons during checkout

Quick Add to Cart

To make it easier for customers to add products to their cart, merchants can enable the [Quick Add to Cart] button in Brand Style > Product Display Settings.
